Description
The scope of Loctite 401:
Rapid bonding of a wide range of materials: metals, plastics, elastomers. Good gluing porous materials or adsorbents, as for example, wood, paper, leather or fabric.
Consumption of glue Loctite 401:
One drop of adhesive covers (compression of the two glued surfaces) a circle with a diameter of about 2.5 cm, One gram of glue contains 25-35 freely falling drops.
Instruction manual Loctite 401:
- Clean bonding surfaces with Loctite 7063 cleaner.
- Apply adhesive sparingly to one surface.
- Best bonding results are achieved at room temperature
- Excess glue will prolong the time of curing and affects the adhesion strength.
- Connect the glued surface and fix for 5 – 10 seconds.
- Final bond strength is achieved within 24 hours.
Precautions:
- Sleepaway fingers, rinse with warm water.
- After some time, fat Sam will reject the glue.
