Description
One of the most important features is that you can retrofit the system with a drilling function without changing the machine. Previously, this was not possible and a decision had to be made on the availability of the drilling function upon purchase. This is very important, because not all optician owners can immediately appreciate the need for automation in the manufacture of glasses based on screw frames in their region. There are special configurations of KAIZER systems that do not process glass at all, but there is an expanded possibility for finishing plastic and more options for the type of beveling.
More advanced features for a perfect fit
- Function for working with lenses of high base curvature (High Curve) and for work, in particular, with sports sunglasses (Step Bevel) (maximum lens curvature 6.00, maximum step beveling depth 6 mm);
- Adjustable asymmetric bevel that raises the level of consistency between the curvature of the frame and the finished edge of the lens (Semi-U bevel);
- Adaptive lens clamp prevents axis rotation, distortion shaping and delamination of polarized lenses.
Especially rigged and highly detailed custom bevel
- The mini bevel function allows you to adjust the height of the bevel, eliminating unsightly reflections on frames with a shallow bevel groove (min. 0.1mm ~ Max. 0.8mm);
- The partial bevel function allows you to place the desired size of the groove in the designated area of the lens;
- Hybrid bevel offers the ability to place different bevels from section to section on the lens, such as cutting a line groove and regular bevel.
